(More customer reviews)in a nutshell i had this unit for about 3 months the screen developed a small crack which shortly lead to a completely shattered screen which rendered it useless. When i contacted customer service about the issue they informed me that a cracked screen is the only thing that the warranty does not cover. WOW!!! imagine that. But he did inform me that they could replace the screen for just a hundred dollars. well i gave 330 dollars for it tax and all and now another 100 dollars for 430 dollars geez i wonder how long the new screen will last. boy i tell you what my backside is starting to get a little sore if you know what i mean!!! so i could not recommend this piece of junk to my worst enemy!!!
